x-session structures
The X-Sessions were a HUUUUGE success. Now its time to take them to the NEXT level…again! This time, we will be talking about TECHNIQUE and how to achieve these wonderful toys. This is a slightly longer class that is an hour and a half. This class requires you to have danced longer than 6 months to a year. However, beginners and beginning intermediates are welcome to watch and participate in the first half hour of class because there are and will be strong emphasis on the foundations of the dance that makes these materials possible. As with any of these toys, I advocate that their use as ’sporadic’ and used to SPICE up once dance, they should not be the focus of ones dance! The use of these ‘toys’ are in the application of the techniques explored and presented.
Covered In This Course:
WEEK 1 – The 3 Sacada Structure.
WEEK 2 – The Structure of a Volcada, in 5 Parts!
WEEK 3 – The Anatomy of Colgadas
WEEK 4 – Slowing down Soltada Spins

Most of Boston’s tango teachers attend any or all of these practicas. So you can always ask for help at any of them.
